As our main client, a developer in the Northern Suburbs, also had many rental properties, they began using us to maintain their rental apartments and homes, and we became their "go-to" handyman service.
Yet, the true turning point in our journey came when they were approached by property owners looking for a holistic solution to streamline their projects. We saw how frustrated these owners felt by the challenges of dealing with multiple contractors. And thus, the company took on a new role - that of project managers.
